Food Safety & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any edible items, including salts, sugars, teas, and seasoning blends. This ensures that all customers receive products that are safe, fresh, and have never been handled or opened by others.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been packed or shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
